A warm day in Dallas
We heard there was a heatwave in England today with parents warned to keep children indoors as Britain faces temperatures of 90F so I had to post this snap I took in the Wal-Mart parking lot yesterday afternoon.

Myrtle has been enjoying using this decorative Christmas gift grass-grower.
We have to put it outside sometimes, so the grass can recuperate. Otherwise it would be mown down to ground level at a sitting.

She gives it her complete attention. It is so compelling that she attacks it from the angle at which she arrives. Time is too precious to waste in adjusting her position.
